The room was fantastic. I loved the view. It was a small room but the wide window gave a much larger feel. Would prefer individual room AC control as asking at desk for adjustment felt awkward. Great bed and great service throughout my stay. I’ll certainly stay here again.

Nice staff and a solid breakfast were the highlights of my stay. The hotel itself needs some upkeep, though. Multiple treadmills were broken, light bulbs were out, towels weren't always replaced, the ironing board was in bad shape, and the shower ceiling had extensive peeling paint. The room also lacked adequate lighting. Not a bad stay overall, but maintenance needs improvement.

The hotel location is great, only one block away from the 16th Street FreeRide buses that bring you from Union Station into downtown Denver. Being so close to restaurants and shops on 16th Street was very convenient. Also just a short walk to the convention center. The check-in went smoothly, very courteous staff who actually allowed me to check in early and gave me some information about the area. The hotel and the room were both very clean and welcoming. The beds were extremely comfortable. The breakfast was very good, and the staff made sure the area was well stocked, serviced and clean. Small note, there are two machines that makes the coffee from fresh beans; it was delicious, and available at all times. I will definitely book a room here the next time I travel to Denver.

Staff was friendly. The property is just not well maintained. Only one functional ice machine found to serve 22 floors. Location is excellent, but parking is not available on-site, so valet at $51 daily plus tips each time you use them is the only reasonable option - otherwise, the only option is overpriced and nearly a block away. Breakfast was just mediocre, and promptly closed at the posted time, even if a guest is serving themselves. I would only recommend the hotel for someone looking for an affordable price for the location, which is an easy walk to 16th street.

Lovely hotel in a lovely location. The guy at the front desk, I can’t remember his name now, but he was phenomenal. I came for work and due to my flight being delayed, I didn’t get to stay long and have breakfast, but the room was comfy and the staff made me feel so welcome. Next time I come for fun, I will definitely stay here!
