"Beautiful place and the owners are salt of the earth, people. It's exactly what I was hoping to find with a fair price. I will return any chance I get. "

"At this price point, you need to be able to use the water for a shower or to brush your teeth. The oder made putting the water on you or in your mouth impossible. Had to use bottles of water. The owners use of air fresheners (pine Forrest) especially upstairs was over done the scent was on steroids. "

"Gary and Jody's house is awesome. I have enjoyed to stay during my vacation. The property is very clean and amenities are well equipped. Gary is easy to reach out and very quick response back. I have appreciated their preparations and hospitality. Definitely, I will stay again if I visit Pagosa Springs again."
