"I had the BEST time on my trip to Pagosa Springs! This location was absolutely amazing! When I arrived, the check-in process was smooth and wonderful - there were multiple staff members checking people in, so I didn’t have to wait at all. At the Welcome Center, they were also hosting a welcome “happy hour” which was so nice after a long day of driving! This location is beautifully maintained and my unit was newly renovated and very clean. I had everything I needed - a full kitchen with ALL kitchen appliances, washer/dryer, VERY comfortable bed and furniture. The only thing I needed was ice (there is an ice-maker in the fridge/freezer but it was going to take a while to get me what I needed). You are given a text number to use for anything you needed and I texted them to see if there were ice machines available. I got an IMMEDIATE response that someone would be happy to deliver a bag of ice directly to my room! Again, super impressive. The rec center is phenomenal - be aware, though, that if you have children and want to use the pool, you want to check the schedule (this is mentioned in quite a few places as well as check-in but I still noticed some people bringing children at the wrong times and not being able to go in). Again, I had a phenomenal time and will absolutely be back (perhaps on a yearly basis). I’m also going to be checking out other Wyndham properties because, if they are anything like this, you are guaranteed a wonderful experience!"

"My husband, myself and our chihuahua (Maggie) spent 6 glorious nights at the cabin. We were fortunate enough to extend our stay when our other plans fell through. Shannon was so peaceful and gracious to make our stay so fabulous.If we come back to the area we will definitely be looking into this home away from home."

"Husband and wife own the property and live there. They are very interested in making guests comfortable. This type of hotel (small independent, older building) is not on the same level as Marriott of even Holiday Inn --- and I did not rate it in comparison to those. I rated it relative other lower price hotels.I want a clean room, no bugs. This one met that ... and had decent towels. It even had a multi-plug for electronics. The lack of that is a real limitation in other hotels. I would defiently stay here again."
