"Perfect stay!! I had a view of the Tokyo skytree which was a nice surprise!! Room was perfect for me and very clean! Train station is very close with a lot of shops and places to eat. The area is in, Koto City, which is much quieter than the more touristy areas. The train gets you anywhere super quick so it doesn’t really matter that it’s not in the heart of all the touristy things. There’s also an attached pharmacy (think Walgreens vibes) from 9am-11pm for literally anything you need. Great...

"Here is the rub. My room was a capsule space. When I arrive, there were two shelves, one upper and lower shelf at the head of the bed. It was dark. I did not know that the bottom shelf was adjustable. Because of this for three nights, I slept with my feet hanging off the edge of the bed and on the third night I woke up, hitting my head on the bottom shelf because when the bed was made, the shelf was not collapsed and prepared for the next customer. "Very family friendly hotel! Staff was very friendly! Hotel is right at the pick up and drop off for the bus to and from Tokyo Disneyland ! Very convenient! 2 minute walk to a Lawsons. Only issue was one dryer out of 2 was working and gave the clothing a mold/mildew smell. Even after drying for an hour and a half, clothing still not fully dry. Other than that, would stay there again! "
