"Wonderful location and very helpful staff"

"This hotel offers no extras - no help with baggage, no water available, no amenities in the room - you'll need to grab them from the lobby. We were not able to check in early and when we could check in, it took a long time. The worst part was after traveling and receiving less than mediocre service, when we finally got to our room, it was hot and stuffy! The temperature was set to 25 degrees Celsius. The lowest temperature that could be set in the room was 20 degrees Celsius- not comfortable...

"Location is about a 10-15 min drive depending on traffic to Disney. They do off frequent free shuttles there and back so that was nice. Check in was a bit hectic because it was no clear from the main floor that it was on the second. But they had a free amenities area that was pretty packed through by the time we checked in around 7 pm but wasn’t really needed.
