"Awful. This place is at the back of some kind of children's zoo activity and motoring place. I checked in late. I tried to call them using the property number given but it is the wrong number!! I messaged to say I was going to be late. They said ok. When I told them their number doesn't work they seemed unbothered. When I arrived at 7pm to my shock they said the room is not ready!
