"The Hotel was very new and in a safe walkable area in Canary Wharf. There was a lot of extras in the room set up as an apartment with dishes , oven, fridge. Clean and the bed was comfy. The only negative is that the actual design of the room was a bit odd. Seating area under the tv. A lot of wasted space with the sofa set up. But for a few nights away it is definitely worth it."

"It's starting to to show signs of age and somehow lost a tad of the edge that it used to have... still a good hotel but not as cool as it was a few years back. Plus they changed the breakfast format which was one of the advantages of the hotel."

"The hotel was clean however the lack of space and facilities was difficult. No iron in the room had to go through reception to an ironing room and also no drinks facilities at all in the room. Think they're trying to be like moxy but missed the little things"

"We stayed in a double room, assuming would still be similar to hotel quality even though A&O took over from Hilton. The check-in process was a nightmare, queues were long and understaffed. The room itself was completely lacking in any facilities: pillows were useless and collapses as soon as you put your head on (so ended up being flat), there were no extra pillows / bedding in cupboard, no phone to call reception to ask for anything, no iron (even though old iron holder from Hilton days), no safe, extremely noisy bathroom fan and all round was pretty cold / lacking in insulation in the bathroom. Would not stay again."

"I really enjoyed my stay here and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone in the future. Close to everything , night life , restaurants, public transportation, everything is close by. Hotel had lots of amenities and communicated with me effectively when I had any questions. "
