"Two floors. The top floor was clean and very pleasant. The bottom floor was horrible! Dirty, unclean bedsheets. The bathroom was not clean. The cleaning crew did not do anywork on the bottom floor."

"Property as described except dishes and cooking appliances were dirty, had to wash anything we used before hand. Empty water bottles under beds even found a slice of bread under a bed, location ok, hot tub was nice, just not very clean overall could use some updating"

"This property is very simple but has everything our family needed for a mountain bike race weekend. The place was clean and inviting. The kitchen is simple but perfect for quick meals that don’t require a stove/oven. The bunk bedroom was spacious and all the kids slept great. The access to both Garden City and Beaver Mountain resort was exactly what we were looking for. We couldn’t have asked for a better place for our needs. Would definitely book again in the future. "

"The Property was easily able to accommodate 16 people. It was clean and the property owners were very friendly and helpful. Some of the guys also enjoyed the river and caught some fish. Overall it was a great experience and we will be coming back next year!"

"Everything you want is here! Great location, and all the things to keep all ages entertained and a super host! We had a family get away with our kids and grandkids. We all had a great time and plenty of room for 18 of us. I highly recommend staying heree and we hope to do it again soon! "

"This cabin is amazing. Our group had about 30 people and we had everything we needed. The kitchen is fully stocked and has everything you might need, even multiple grills (we smoked meat one night).The beds are comfy and bathrooms are stocked. The hosts were available and quick to respond. We will definitely be returning. We are in Bear Lake 4-5 times a year and have stayed everywhere from Sweetwater to Fish Haven. One of the favorite places we've stayed. "
