"So lovely. One night stay here, but I’d love to go back and stay again. I enjoyed sleeping in the covered wagon with our family of six. Beds were comfy, and bedding felt luxurious. Fresh air wafting through all night. Blankets kept me nice and toasty. Bathrooms clean. Lots of private showers. Game room was so much fun—basketball, ping pong, shuffleboard, air hockey, and one arcade game. Playground. Volleyball net. Ladder ball. Corn hole. Roping practice. Penned horses next door were beautiful to watch. They are communal campfires. There are only so many Adirondack chairs around them, so we went to the gas fueled fire in front of the restaurant, and made s’mores with the ingredients they provided. My kids weren’t impressed with the graham crackers, but they still ate them. We really loved the bikes they have available to borrow! (Check for flats and loose parts first.) We checked out the town on our bikes, and even went to dinner at La Beaus on them. Raspberry and huckleberry flavors were our favorites. So many shake flavors and places in town! Muddy Buddy and raspberry flavors next door at Zips also great. Bear Lake is fabulous. We stayed in the area three more nights. We brought along paddle boards and waited until evening when the wind died down to less than 12mph to enjoy. Also rented e-bikes. We enjoyed four hours on a pontoon boat, with tube and seadoo. Expensive, but probably everyone’s favorite memory from the trip. That, or ultimate frisbee with cousins."

"We had the very best time!! Did an awesome family trip to my favorite place for my birthday! The windows on this house are my favorite the view is absolutely incredible. Really loved this house and location is sublime. Its big and spacious and perfect for lots of people! The only negative was having to walk thru the weeds and all the sinky mud to get to the water. But we had our jet skiis and were able to dock them with weights. We also had a paddle board and two canoes. So it wasnt a huge deal for us. But other than that part everything was absolutely perfect would definitely rent again ! "

"Family Wedding FunThis property is beautiful with modern, spacious bedrooms and several private en suite baths. It is family friendly. Our grandkids loved the slide & basketball court, and spent countless hours in the private pool. Night swimming and hot tub were awesome! Michael (the host) was very responsive to questions or needs. It was the perfect location for a smaller-sized wedding. It offered a gorgeous wedding backdrop with unsurpassed views of beautiful Bear Lake. Highly recommended! "

"Overall, everything was really great. Just a few things when we first opened the garage. I was flabbergasted at how dirty it was just even considering it was a garage so we cleaned it up then we went to fill our water bottles up in the sink and the handle was broken. Luckily, we had a good handyman with us. Could’ve used more garbage sacks and paper towels. Rooms were clean look good. It did fit everyone the patio was my favorite part. We spent a lot of time in the yard playing games. Slide was a bonus and the swimming pool was fabulous. Would’ve liked to had a sidewalk to walk to the pool, but maybe that will come later. Overall, it was very nice and accommodated all of us kitchen had a great set up. We will return. "

"This little cottage and surrounding property are absolutely heaven in earth! The moment we walked into the home, it felt like home. Everything about this experience was pleasant. The house is adorable, charming, and relaxing. We loved sitting on the deck and just enjoying the beautiful scenery and peacefulness. DJ (the horse) was also friendly! We can't wait to go back for another visit! If we wouldn't miss our kids so much, we would stay forever! Just one example of our interaction with DeAnn: We woke up on Sunday morning to a very flat tire. I reached out to DeAnn to see if she could give us any direction on who to contact. To our surprise, she went far above and beyond by saying they would be there in 20 min to help us. And they were! Without them we would have had to stick around another day before we could get a mobile tire repair to us. Couldn't have picked a more perfect place to stay. Best experience ever! "
