"It is an older property so there are a few scuffs here and there with one section totally closed for renovation so it will only improve. My comfortable room was absolutely spotless and the staff was friendly and helpful. When making my reservation, some rooms were listed as non smoking and priced a little higher. (still very affordable) Turns out the entire facility is non smoking, so no need to spend the little bit extra."

"In need of a complete renovation, especially motel part. Very tired and dated. All the air around the doors smells like smoke. Everything is in disrepair, stains on the bed cover. We booked a king with a pullout couch but couch was not a pullout. Very sad and ridiculously expensive for what it is - they take advantage of graduation weekend to charge ridiculous rates. “Breakfast” was minimal, tiny yogurts, powdered eggs. "
