"I had an accident, not on the property, so I spent most of my time in the room only. It fit all my needs. Some updates to bathroom/shower facilities are needed such as grab bars and perhaps walk in showers. These facilities may have been available in other rooms, we did not think to ask. Breakfast was good with a nice selection of choice. We would definitely go there again."

One of the biggest downsides for us as a family with children was staying on the third floor without an elevator — carrying things and going up and down the stairs all the time was not very convenient. "A very well enjoyed stay here! The building is brand new and in such a convenient spot near the ferry and airport, plus only about 30 minutes from downtown Victoria. There’s a huge free parking lot too, which already felt like a win before even checking in. From the moment we arrived, the hotel staff were incredibly welcoming. Everyone greeted guests so kindly with warm voices and genuinely friendly energy. It honestly felt like they were happy you were there, which makes such a difference. "
