"Stayed 5 nights with six adults and six kids ( ages 10-4 ) we would definitely stay here again! Two outdoor pools with kiddie pools. One was open and heated in off season which was a huge plus for this area and the other outdoor pool by lobby had a hot tub. Indoor pool with hot tub was spacious with very high ceilings and great ventilation- no chlorine smell. "Good location. Rooms had parts that were loose: shower doors and Toilet paper holder. There was a hole in the door that connected rooms in the frame. Did see a roach. Outside was kinda dirty. One broken down car in lot. Breakfast was very bland mostly carbs. Tv connection to watch struggled. "

"The hotel is in a great location, easy to get to and ample parking in the back of the hotel. The physical location of the hotel is about 20 minutes walking distance from The Island at Pigeon Forge, several go-kart attractions next to The Track Family Fun Parks and Pirates Voyager Dinner show. "Clean room and nice staff!"

"The breakfast this hotel offers, is across the street and you get a voucher for 3 pancakes per person plus a drink. The room is a bit outdated and dirty. The pool is never cleaned and the 2nd jacuzzi did not work so everyone crammed into one. The poolside chairs were dragged around by other hotel guests and the chair pads were all over the place. The older guy working the night shift, could care less about what was going on or keeping the amenities in hood condition. "
