This is a renovated or at least re-named Mainstay suites owned by Choice hotels. The rooms are typical of a Mainstay. While the rooms are somewhat underwhelming the overall property is very well maintained and impressive. The interior halls and lobby are well maintained and very clean. The exterior of the hotel is beautiful and grounds well manicured. It’s a short drive or walk from the main road (parkway) but hidden away enough that you don’t get the road noise or attractions noise from Pigeon Forge. Check pricing, we used Expedia, and knowing after that it was a Choice property could have saved if we used the Choice app instead.

Really great facility. Quiet and clean. Breakfast has multiple options. Did not use the pool. Staff was nice. We had a kitchenette that was stocked with utensils and cookware. 3-5 min drive to activities/strip. We had a nice stay here.

This is by far the best and cleanest hotel we’ve stayed at in Pigeon Forge and the price was great!! The rooms and all areas of the hotel were exceptionally clean!! Pool area was so much fun. We enjoyed a wonderful hot breakfast each morning. We were all so happy with everything about this hotel. This will definitely be our new go to when in Pigeon Forge.
