"I was in Llano for the Crawfish Open. Needed a clean room with good a/c and a hot shower. Didn't spend a lot of time there but it was just what I needed. They are currently doing some renovations/updates so I expect it will be even better next year. Not a luxury hotel but a good base from which to explore this neat little city. "

"This was a good value for the money. Only $82 per room per night. But the motel is old, not in very good shape. My tub was literally filled with cement, then tiled over. Good think I didn't need a bath or shower for only 1 night. Staff were courteous.Location is 25 miles from Llano where we had wanted to stay. But all Llano motels were filled."

"What a fantastic house this was for our group of 4 adults and 6 kiddos (ages 15-4). Plenty of room for everybody. VERY CLEAN and ORGANIZED... They had everything you need. From the numerous coffee flavors, glasses, and insulated cups for any drink - to each shower having shampoo, conditioner, and body washes. You just need to pack your clothes. "The house was spacious and as described. The code did not work upon arrival but the owner quickly fixed it. Loved that there was plenty of seating. That is sometimes hard to find. The den furniture could be more comfortable. Overall the house was very clean. Someone missed vacuuming the den though. There were some Cheerios and a cracker on the carpet when we arrived.
