"We just love this property. You can’t go wrong renting this one. It’s a great location at the top of the Colorado, so boat traffic is less than it is in other areas of the river. The home is absolutely darling, and well outfitted with everything you could possibly need. The hosts are very accommodating and quick to respond, should you need them. We just love this property and highly recommended to anyone looking for a waterfront property, particularly if you have a boat that you need and a place to put up to two jet skis."

"We had a great stay here. The house felt very homey, was beautifully furnished, and clearly well taken care of. The AC worked great, and we spent a lot of time enjoying the porch, dock, and canoe. The location was also excellent, very close to Inks Lake State Park and Longhorn Cavern, both of which we loved.We did encounter a few bugs inside during our stay, but the host was very responsive and accommodating when we reached out about it.Overall, a really lovely house and a great place for a lake weekend. We’d happily stay again."

"We had a wonderful stay. The house if fully stocked with everything we needed. The views from the porch and dock are great. The host is very responsive and checked on us when we arrived and before we left to make everything was taken care of. We loved having use of the kayaks and spent lots of time on the water and fishing. Would 100% recommend this place for anyone wanting to get away with family or friends. Thank you for everything."

"Cabin 1 was perfect for a few days of getaway time. It had a separate bedroom and one bed in the common area. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking items. It was very convenient to the pool and the arcade/miniature golf which we enjoyed. My son described it as camping in a cabin rather than a tent! Loved being so close to the river and the docks."

"Smooth check in and check out process, and great location.Photos truly don't do it justice, as this property is situated on a great part of the river with lots of wildlife, rocks to swim around, and shade. The plus of having kayaks, a canoe and paddle boards made it a great trip.The house has a well-stacked kitchen with lots of utensils and supplies to cook meals in, and bedrooms and bathrooms had everything you could need. Great stay and highly recommend if looking for a getaway in the area."
