"The house is perfect for large groups. The amenities inside and out are really great. We loved the outdoors! There was alot to do for our group outside. The trees are unbelievable and it was so serene. We had slight issue w the hot tub and the owner was super responsive and it was fixed very quickly so they are attentive to anyone staying here. You don't have to work with mgmt company and wait for things to happen. The house is on a beautiful cove with kayaks and paddleboards. Suggestion to bring your life jackets. It was a very enjoyable weekend for all our high schoolers! We will def comeback!"

"The property is not on a lake, more like a river.There were many dust/spider webs throughout the house. Bathroom floors could benefit from cleaning. Roaches seen in the kitchen. Gameroom stunk. Dirty dishes. Wondering why I was charged for a cleaning fee!"

"Great house for post Christmas family gathering! There were 8 of us from 78 yrs to 11 yrs old and everyone had a blast! Fishing right off the back of property was fun and the big game room was a HUGE plus! Except for eating, THAT was the hangout room! House was so comfortable and gave us a great place to relax and decompress after the holidays. Thank you to our hosts for being pet friendly as well! "

"What a perfect little cottage, and Jacki was the best host! We were in contact with Jacki even before our trip and she answered all of our questions. We decided to take our side by side at the last minute after we realized the trek to the river was challenging for people our age. Boy were we happy we did! We had the best time! The house is so clean and well appointed with all of the basic necessities. The beds are soft and comfy. The sunsets are beautiful and the place is so relaxing. It was a great week! We will definitely return!"

"This is not a property for senior citizens. The stairway upstairs is treacherously steep, and the steps are very skinny with a lip at the corner. That is a major trip and fall situation. The handrail is too low and is not long enough to reach both ends of the staircase. There is a concrete Step down from the driveway to the front stoop that is not visible and is very dangerous. Two of my friends fell here. There is a rug in the room with twin beds that folds back about 4 inches and as a Two of my friends fell here. One of my friends was locked in the upstairs bathroom twice because the door sticks. It took us a full 24 hours to get a response from the property manager on how to get the door to lock from the outside when we were leaving. The weather stripping prevents the door from closing all the way so you have to pull real hard to get the deadbolt to actually go through the opening. And you can’t go out the back door to lock and lock it to go out because the quickset lock does not work. We didn’t feel very secure, leaving our belongings in an unlocked house. But we did it anyway because we were there for an event."
