No lift to our bedroom on 2nd floor (not sure if this was because of ongoing renovations) but receptionist was helpful and carried them up for us but when leaving the morning receptionist was busy and my husband had to carry both cases down himself. "Do NOT book this condo!!! SCAM ALERT!!! I paid upfront for this room weeks ago, and the owner was supposed to email me the details, which they never did. I showed up, as planned, to check in, and no one was there to meet me as stated in the instructions. I had no way of contacting the owner, and I had to wait to enter the building after another person.
