"Very nice property with an excellent location in the heart of Cusco, around the corner from the Plaza d'Armas and San Blas. At times some street noise is audible, but it didn't seem to be a significant issue. Rooms are clean and Staff is nice and very helpful. Called ahead of arrival to have a taxi meet me at the airport (no problem at all). Breakfast is 12 USD per day in the hotel. Would stay in again. "

"I arrived @Cozy Room during my first visit there and learned my booking had gone into the hotel's spam mail. Subsequently, there was no booking for me and no available rooms. However, Cozy Room immediately made it right-within 15 minutes they Ubered me, at their expense, to another hotel not too far away. I was heading to Machu Picchu the next morning so I left my luggage at the new hotel to hold until my return. Upon my return, Cozy Room had picked up my luggage and they were waiting for me...
