"Personnel affable et serviable. Extrêmement propre et super bien localisé à proximiter de tou"

"Great location, clean room & friendly staff. Water pressure in the shower✅. The downfall was that we could hear every footstep (sounds like stomping) the people above us took. The first night the person above us seemed to pace from 10 pm - 1 am. The second night it was someone new & no pacing but every footstep plus when they left at 4 am. Spoke to the staff who said they have received complaints about this before and sadly they were full and could not move us to a new room. If you stay...

"Helpful and friendly staff"

"Great boutique hotel, the staff is very nice and helpful, and the hotel's location is good. The room is big and the bed is very comfy. Love the hotel. Highly recommended."

"The hotel had a lot of character which I appreciated. The night person on staff was my biggest struggle. After about 20 minutes of trying to take a shower, I went and found the manager and she turned on the hot water heater. She also failed to tell me that the hotel locked and to get back in you needed to use your code so I was trapped outside for about 20 minutes banging on the door. I think it’s really important for your front line to be able to do the basics. I did get a text from the main...

"Great hotel central Cuzco. Great atmosphere . However going to the restaurant required walking stairs which my spouse couldn’t do. We settled for room service and that was good. Breakfast was suppose to start at 4:30 am but only cold food was available until 5 am. They should have two people doing breakfast not one."

"rooms were clean, nice to have the common kitchen for coffee, they helped with anything I needed, everything felt clean and safe and the location was perfect, right in the middle of town and no need to climb any hills. Cusco can be loud and this location is tucked into a side street only for pedestrians so you don't hear the busy streets. I would definitely stay her again, it has everything we needed. Showers were actually hot and they even had a hair dryer."

"Tambo del Arriero is a wonderful boutique base in Cusco. The restored 17th-century courtyard is quiet and beautiful, offering a warm escape from the busy streets. The Superior Double was cozy and well-heated for cold Andean nights, with comfortable bedding and a hot shower with great water pressure. The staff is exceptionally kind, providing 24/7 complimentary coca tea (a lifesaver for the altitude) and securely storing our bags while we traveled out to the Sacred Valley. "It is right behind the Plaza (about 200m), but it is quite upslope. So, if you just in-and-out once a day, should not be an issue. if you join any tour, that will be great option. The staff is helpful, and friendly."
