"This is a great property to stay. The house and others in the neighborhood are newly built. House has modern amenities and design. Beds are comfortable, showers are great. Spacious kitchen and dining area, lots of lights and switches, ceiling fans for desired ambience. Master bedroom and bath are large as is the walk in closets. Guest rooms are also spacious. Property is centrally located in McAllen and easy access to anyplace in the RGV. Great stay and highly recommend."

"The house was lovely. It was very clean and well kept. It is clear that this is a VRBO house, and no one lives here. The kitchen was bare basics, but there was plenty of cookware and dishes. What was really nice was the outdoor patio area. They even had extra tables and chairs, which was perfect when the entire family showed up for Sunday dinner. The kids loved the pool and it was a good size. This house definitely worked for us. Oh - and the property manager was super responsive when we had trouble accessing the front door when we got there. She reset the code in minutes and we were in. Great stay!"

"We arrived and notice the yard was not cut , the pool looked like a swamp ( doesn’t look like the picture on the listing) master bath shower was dirty ( wife had to scrub the shower with bleach) , counter tops and fridge door was smudgy.. Pool guy came to clean the pool 1130am on the second day and told us we can’t use the pool for 5 hours ( icing on the cake , owner asked the pool guy to mow the yard while he was there . That means we lost another day . And was only able to swim in pool on the 3rd day . The whole reason we rented this place was to swim with my kids everyday we were there . The property was not ready for us when we arrived and started making arrangements to do those things after I made a bid deal about it.poor lighting in the back yard while I was barbecuing ! Dangerous umbrella on the patio table with no plastic anchor . Got winding one day and caught air knocked over everything we had on our table Sad part about this place is that the house has potential if he would drop a little cash on it and install a tv in the master suite , TVs in the other 2 bedrooms , add some rocks speakers around the pool and pool table with tv in the room by the pool! Very disappointed. With owner and Vrbo"

"This is a spacious place, everyone can have their down time but has great common areas to gather. The pool looked great but too cold to enjoy on our stay. Owner was very responsive and any issue easily resolved. The neighborhood was good and close to all things."
