"The location is excellent, minutes walk to restaurants, shopping, Yubatake and Sainokawara Park. The room was spotless and the staff was so helpful. The on-site onsen (female side) was boiling hot! The only minor inconvenience was that cars were parked offsite so you needed to coordinate with staff each time you needed your vehicle."

"温泉は最高です。何度も入浴しました。Wi-fiが弱く、あまり使えなかった感じでした。 二泊で部屋の清掃不要とさせてもらっていました。タオルセットは二つ準備されていたので問題ないと判断してしていましたが、散策から戻ると一つタオルセットと 、バスタオルが回収されていました。これは正直やめてほしいと思いました。 ですが、総合的には立地（湯畑へのアクセス）含めてエクセレントでした。ありがとうございました。"
