まずフロントの対応は素晴らしい。チェックイン前の到着も駐車スペースの案内や近隣スポットの案内、通行止め道路の案内など丁寧に対応してくださった。 チェックイン後も施設の案内も当然ながらわかりやすく適宜対応。 当日のオプションの夕食も快く引き受けてくださり助かりました。 メインの温泉も何種類もの温泉を一度に堪能でき、星空も相まって最高のひと時を過ごせました。 ここまでの旅の癒しとこれからの活力を感じることのできる再訪間違いなしのホテルでした。

石庭露天風呂がとてもよかったです。 お湯も適温でゆっくり浸かれました。 体の不調も回復できたと主人と喜んでいます。お肌もスベスベになり大満足です。 露天風呂からの景色も楽しむことが出来 ました。 スタッフの皆様にもご丁寧に接して頂き快適に過ごすことができました。 またぜひお伺いします。

1.エアコンが部屋にない。ヒーターと扇風機はある 2. 冷蔵庫が全然冷えない。 3. 露天風呂（混浴）に行くために用意されているタオルが小さくて薄い。 4. 露天風呂は種類が多く、そして広いので脱衣所が混んでいても快適。 5.ホテルのスタッフの接客は丁寧で感じが良い。 感想： 夏宿泊だったので個人的にエアコンがないのは衝撃的だった。ホテルのページに大きく書いておいて欲しいと思った。 混浴用のタオルも薄く、一応売店でちゃんとしているものが買えるのだが夜8時にしまってしまうので、買うの忘れていると詰む。宿泊料金をその分高くしていいので風呂用の服を含んでおいて欲しく感じてしまった。

泉質最高の万座の湯

温泉、特に泉質はさすが万座最高。古いせいもあるが少し設備の手入れが必要かと？食事も質はバイキングで普通かな。 ただ、団体さんと合流しレストランは70分の予約制で好きな時間確保出来ず、また、時間短くゆっくり食事できなかった。残念！！！

湯畑からの煙や臭いが前に比べて…

露天風呂が3カ所閉鎖されていた。湯温が以前から比べると下がっていた。食事は良かったです。
