"Very clean and great service! The whole place is bean-themed which is very cute. Every part of the welcome snack and breakfasts had some kind of bean. They also have very nice free homemade drinks. Your room also has a chocolate bean snack which is really yummy! There’s a private toilet (no bath) and sink in your room, with plenty of private baths available on the first floor. "Excelente "

"The room was really spacious with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. Breakfast was included but dinner we ate out as the hotel is large and they can't accommodate everybody. This was not a problem as there were so many restaurants in town. You do need to time the shuttle bus well though. Overall, a brilliant place to visit and really worth the money."

"湯畑からは少し坂を歩くので、雪の季節はブーツ必須ですが、ホテルからの雪景色もとても美しく、ホテルの中もとてもキレイで、細やかな気配り、オシャレなインテリアなど、静かで落ち着いた滞在ができました。 お風呂も源泉でとても気持ちいいです。 スタッフの女性もとても気さくで感じもよく気配りも良かったです。 また泊まりたいです！"

"It is an older building without elevator. It has a small onsen that only 4 people are allowed to use at the same time. Different onsen for male and female I have no problem using the onsen. The room has toilet and wash basin but no shower. Light breakfast is included. The Ryokan is located right in town. Just a short walk to the Yubatake. The staff are friendly and helpful. Overall, it is a decent place to stay overnight. "

"義母の還暦祝いで家族3世代３家族の大所帯旅行になりました。出発前に電話があり朝食、夕食の事前時間指定の案内もあり助かりました。 部屋も清潔で布団が羽毛布団で軽くて暖かかったです。スタッフも沢山いて安心したし外国人の方も流暢な日本語でびっくりしました。部屋で誕生日ケーキを準備してもらい祝うことができたした。また行きたいです。"

"This was by far my greatest stay so far in japan. Amazing food, amazing building, amazing onsen! But westerners be wary, you will need to sacrifice some of your typical understanding of amenitys, theres no showers in the rooms, and very little english is spoken in this whole town. That being said i cant rate it less than 5 stars! If you come to this hotel, be prepared to eat (amazing) foods you never thought youd try, and immerse youself in the japanese culture.
