"Great hotel, great location, great amenities Only issue was the ritz Carlton driver on the way to the airport tried overcharging by an extra 500 lira even though it was a fixed fair. He backed down after some argument but not a nice look on the ritz Carlton to allow this type of behaviour "

"Very clean and good location, near bus and metro and taksim square. Hotel was clean and staff were friendly. Spend 8 nights there with out issues"

"Room was very spacious, and ultra clean! A/C worked well, and it was very easy to maintain a perfect room temperature. Never met a staff member who wasn't smiling. Morning breakfast buffet was an abundance of riches! (I won't dare tell how much weight I gained!) Highly recommend this hotel."

"We had a room with a small terrace opening to the pool, which was still in the process of being opened. Staff generally were helpful and attentive, with the exception of the lobby bar where it was always a struggle to get someone to serve. Housekeeping and room service were excellent"

"Mövenpick Hotel Bosphorus was an excellent choice for our first trip to Turkey. Everyone at the hotel made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel was very clean, the amenities were great, and all of the food we tried was excellent. The breakfast buffet was especially amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options each morning. Ismail, one of the waiters at the buffet, was extremely attentive and provided outstanding service throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul."

"The lady on restaurant floor was totally negative and un happy to give answer or assist. She was rude almost I can say, twice I returned back from the door. Whatever she should be loving her job, if she is not happy let her resign."

"A lovely modern hotel. The buffet breakfast was excellent, with a big choice of food. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The swimming pool was excellent and a good size for a hotel pool. The only downside was that the area was very busy, with lots of traffic, but you could not hear any traffic noise in the room. Highly recommended."
