The only challenge was the stairs and lack of an elevator to the lobby level (and from lobby level to the elevator level) but other than that, it was an excellent stay. They get 5 stars especially the man at the front desk who was so willing to help me translate and order a uber when I needed to go to the emergency room. The room was small but came with the necessities for me to stay 9 days. The shower is lovely and I like that it came with a washer and dryer.
