Made me feel special

Hotel team was very careful and provided special attention to all my needs. The apartment is well equiped to longstay. Nice tube, eventhough the shower could be stronger and more volumous. Room windows can't avoid all external noise and smell. Someone around decided to smoke late at night and it's bad smell bothered my sleep almost every night. Breakfast was repetitive, but tasty and reached my gluten-free needs. Location is amazing. Not a common tourist area, so I could realize how's turkish not-for-tourist neighborhood, shops and restaurants. Bus and tram is close, cheap and easy to use. Special mention to Bariş's friendly and carefull availability.

Very pleasant stay

It was very clean and comfortable room..ANd very good location if you want to be close to Nisantasi and Besiktas. There was no iron in the room but they provide upon request.

Great spot to base yourself.

Hotel was just what we needed. Central , handy for public transport , close to the Bosphorus. Neighbourhood restaurants and shops nearby. Great bookshop/cafe a few doors away. Service in the hotel was excellent - very helpful desk staff , especially Seddam at night. Rooms spacious, air-conditioned with fridge , kettle etc.

GREAT STAFF.. Nice neighborhood, quiet place and few restaurants and shopping in 15mins walking but very very hilly, any types of mobility situations and it can be challenging! Limited English tv situations but good WIFI and hotel water!!

Amazing!

If it was possible I would give the hotel 10 stars. Good location, spacious and clean rooms. Amazing staff!!! The person on reception in the late afternoon was exceptionally helpful! My baby was running fever, he found a doctor who came within 1 hour, he helped to sort out the booking when we had to stay one extra night. Overall great experience with this hotel.

The place was great and comfortable. I just do feel that there should be more lighting in the room. I wish we got a sea view room, that would have made things great. I also do feel that cleaning the room should be available 24 hours at the cost being charged per night. I also feel that unlimited water should also be provided to the guests like other hotels. Overall had a great time. The area is really nice. The rooms are spacious nd the cleanliness was good overall

I liked the interior of the hotel, and the room was very comfortable. I was very disappointed in the breakfast. Maybe I was just hoping for more of a variety of food items. It seemed a little sparse to me. The waiter asked me if I wanted juice. I said yes. I asked for juice on both days and at check-out I was informed that there was a charge for this. The 2nd day when I received my juice it was not even a full glass. How disappointing!

Our bathtube was dirty with some kind of yellow water/juice. It was so bad that we felt like vomitting. After complaining about the condition we got a new room. On the next day the workers apologized and told us that they are investigating how it happened. They told us that they believe that we did it and told that us directly. That was a very provocative and unpolite. We would never ever go there again. We can't recommend this hotel at all.

Thing I liked: 1) The staff is the most valuable thing this hotel has. 2) The location to me was great but some taxies refuse to drive you back there because of the traffic so they will ask for extra money well usually most taxi drivers will ask for extra 3) Places very close to the hotel location: there are many coffee shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants and parks all around the place 3-7 min. Walk and the bosphorus is 7-10 min. Away also on foot. the only two things I didn’t like are: A. I really missed the microwave for fast heating B. Some hotel guests were complaining about the cold so they changed the whole hotel AC system into heat (even if you have it on cold) which made me sweat all the time and I couldn’t sleep well in the last 4-5 nights plus the heat gave me headache and lack of sleep, my wife also told me that she felt the heat too although she feel cold easily. The response of the staff was quick and very friendly but unfortunately they couldn’t help me on that, they suggested for me to open the windows but if i did there will be no privacy at all, the same scenario will happen if I close the curtains it will block the wind. On the other hand the number of guests wanted the heat cannot be ignored so I lived with the heat until the last (4-5) nights until my check-out. This is how I see about the hotel and I really appreciate the hotel staff all of them were amazing, cooperative and, friendly never felt unsafe with my two years old daughter running
