Mark Spencer Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"This property was great for the downtown explorer… it was close to food, ice cream and shops. I love going to Multnomah village and Hawthorne area more. But the experience of staying downtown and on the 5th floor was nice. The bedding was so soft, and comfortable. The parking was secure and the complimentary bottle of wine was a nice touch. "
