I could open the window about 2 inches (which I understand for safety purposes) but it did not alleviate the heat in the room. "Need to improve breakfast"

"Great stay! The house is well maintained. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location easy walking to charming restaurants and interesting shops. LOVED the extensive breakfast options. Friendly neighborhood."

"Fun tiny house cluster with unique identities: we stayed in the beach cottage and it was cute. Very cozy but ok for two with basic but thoughtful touches. Common area amenities were nice plus close, safe nearby neighborhood parking helped for a quick overnight."

"Super convenient to Moda and everything looks brand new."

"Great place to stay. Pretty centralized. A lot of homelessness througout the city so just be cautious and also, there is a train that runs until 12a midnight-4 or 5 am nearby. Some levels and sides of this hotel hear it and others don't. I was moved to the quieter side."

"the location was great! staff was helpful! unfortunately if you stay in a shared room and you are put on the top bunk, you get no privacy! while the bottom bunk does, so keep that in mind. when I usually stay in hostels, there is a kitchen or at least a shared space for the people staying at the hostel, kex does not have one. they do have a restaurant that is open to everyone which is nice but there were times where it wasn’t very convenient for me. overall nice stay for one night!"

"Amazing breakfast, very clean room, helpful and kind staff"

"Beautiful property, spacious rooms."
