"We absolutely loved Casa Shiva. We were there during the off season so everything was pretty quiet. We spent a LOT of time on the pier hanging out and reading and swimming - it was a breathtaking view and the water is beautiful! The employees were awesome - very friendly and helpful. Their breakfast was amazing too! We loved it and hope to be back. Its simple - not a lot of extra frills, which we loved. "

"There is no better location on the lake, especially if you rent a waterfront cabana with stairs leading directly into the water! Magical location a few miles out of town for those of us who don’t like noisy bars and street traffic. Attentive, friendly staff. Awesome swimming and views. Functioning AC. Pleasant, reasonably priced restaurant right overlooking the water. Truly a gem of a hotel. The rooms are spacious, simple, yet very clean and architecturally soothing.
