"The staff (Collette) was great at welcoming us and getting us checked in! Room was decent but nothing special. No fan in the bathroom so it gets dripping wet from the steam. Ice machine was on the 3rd floor (we were on the 2nd floor). Pool area in enclosed and the air temp was like a sauna while the water was very cold.
