"This cabin was perfect for our stay, close to Gooseberry Falls and not too far from restaurants and Two Harbors. The cabin was well equipped with everything you need for cooking. Spacious, and comfortable. Beds were comfortable, with that said, the smaller bedroom with the bunk beds leave much to be desired. The beds themselves were very thin mattresses, with no mattress pad, ONLY a this polyester bed cover. When we arrived only two of the beds were made. The smaller room with the bunks beds...

"Beautiful cabin and nice property. We found the cabin to be well stocked with necessities and towels. The garage was a wonderful place to let toddlers roam. The beds were all comfy and everyone slept well. We enjoyed fires every night and enjoyed sitting out on the deck all day. This was the perfect stop for a family gathering and for a small birthplace celebration. Looking forward to coming back again."

I loved the barn doors on the master bedroom that we could close in the morning when I got up earlier than my husband to make coffee. "Stayed 3 nights. Enjoyed the birds, seeing the work of the beavers, took the canoe out. Read books sitting on the dock. The lake is small, private and quiet. No loud jet skis and speed boats disrupting your peace and quiet. We watched two DVDs they had on site one night. What a special treat that was. "The yurt is perfect, with all the amenities for a relaxed stay in nature. The owners have provided all the access to power, water, heating to make it like a well appointed hotel room, but in the country and with windows all around. I could happily watch the sky through the skylight for hours."

"Family winter getaway. Spectacular views and great location on the upper part of the north shore. Loft is really great with bunk beds having limited room and access to the top bunk. Was a tight fit for our teenagers. Be prepared for morning sun in addition to moonlight. Special place in a special location."
