"The check-in experience was unpleasant. The staff member couldn't find our booking record, and requested a booking reference. The record was there, they likely misspelled our name. A separate staff member had to intervene. The place is run-down. The corridors smell, and the towels and carpet are old. However, the beds were comfortable, there was working AC in the room, and the room was sufficiently dark."
