"Was put in a handy capped room even though we didn’t book for one. We managed but the smell was bad. Check in should be a little earlier than 3pm not going to lie. Also parking was bad, had to park on the other side of the building due to how many spots were taken. Wouldn’t go back here again"

"Air conditioning not working Toilet leaking, told clerk at front desk, he told us: put a towel over the water Tv not working ( turn on and off by itself) No fridge, I asked for an iron, to borrow or I could rented, he told they didn’t have any. Terrible, not recommended."

However, checking in was awkward because I arrived 20 minutes before check-in time and was told by someone at a kiosk that they needed to see if the room was ready and would call me. So I had to sit in my car and they never called me. So I had to go back in and find out. Normally, hotels will let you check-in a little early, since most people check out early too. "This place was so dirty, I could not bring myself to stay there. There were hair on the mattress, underneath the the sheet, and overall, I did not feel safe staying there. There was what appeared to be illegal activity going on in the parking lot, there were arguments I didn’t spend one night there . I felt too unsafe. I booked a room at a different hotel. I would really like my money back. Thank you"
