"Dirty Room, the hotel is old and need maintenance"

"Breakfast menu was great! I love waffles (Texas sized and regular sized)! The hallway on the 3rd floor smelled a little when we arrived but room did not smell! Pool was dirty, but we didn’t have much time to swim anyway. Good stay for the price and great location for an event we had at the university! Great food places to eat around the hotel!"

"Host greeted us upon arrival and visited a few times and was very cordial. Kitchen was fully stocked and clean. All appliances were functioning. Parking was off street and accessible. Room was clean and appropriately furnished. Enjoyed covered porch."

"The elevators had no permits in them they had a printed sign on the doors saying 5 persons only at a time. One of the elevators went down twice When I went to check out the front desk girl was on her phone looked up at as if I was bothering her, told her I was checking out handed her the keys she said nothing. So I walked away. "

"We enjoyed our stay in Bungalow SM. It was the perfect location (a nice quiet neighborhood). The back yard was fenced-great for our dog, and had a nice deck for us too. The house was very comfortable, nicely furnished. The hosts were very responsive. We enjoyed exploring the area and having such a nice place to return to every evening. We would definitely stay again."
