"I have been a loyal Expedia customer for many years and consistently book my travel through your platform. I also usually purchase trip protection, but did not in this case since I was about to arrive at the hotel. When I realized I had booked the wrong date (Itinerary No. 73406343763019), I tried multiple times to correct it through Expedia and was told no changes or refunds were possible. What is concerning is that the issue was ultimately resolved by Jennifer Hernandez at the front desk of Comfort Suites in San Marcos, not Expedia. She took the initiative to contact your agents and successfully corrected the reservation. After over 45 years of travel, this level of service is rare. "The elevators had no permits in them they had a printed sign on the doors saying 5 persons only at a time. One of the elevators went down twice When I went to check out the front desk girl was on her phone looked up at as if I was bothering her, told her I was checking out handed her the keys she said nothing. So I walked away. "

"We enjoyed our stay in Bungalow SM. It was the perfect location (a nice quiet neighborhood). The back yard was fenced-great for our dog, and had a nice deck for us too. The house was very comfortable, nicely furnished. The hosts were very responsive. We enjoyed exploring the area and having such a nice place to return to every evening. We would definitely stay again."
