The rooms are not as small as some of the reviews seem to say. The breakfast is quite acceptable and the location cannot be beaten. Open top buses stop right outside and the tube is a very short walk away."

"The hotel and room were clean. The check in staff were great. However, the shower had nothing to keep the water in so we had to use all the towels to mop up the flood which was annoying, even though we reported it. As a result we kept having to order clean towels. We couldn’t book into swimming till you check in but there was no space for groups of more than 1. There was also a problem with the curtain that no one came to fix so we had to climb and deal with it ourselves. "
