"I booked this hotel based on location and reviews. The location was perfect however I should have not purchased the breakfast package, it was over priced for what they serve and quality was lacking. Check in was a nightmare after an overnight flight. They said they would send a text when a room was ready, they never did. Staff overall were nice however housekeeping needs improvements. Needless to say I wouldn’t book again."

We arrived well before check-in time and the gentleman at the desk was kind enough to swap our booking to an available room which we really appreciated! Complimentary breakfast was simple but a nice option to get a coffee and light bite before heading out into the city, there are lots of lovely cafes and bakeries within a 5 minute walk of the hotel too. The area was quiet and we weren't bothered by any outside noise. The only issue with the room was a slight smell from the bathroom drains if the water hadn't been run for a while but this didn't impact the room if we kept the door closed overnight and when we were out."
