"We stayed for a weekend at The Ro hotel and had a lovely time. The staff are all friendly and work so hard. The hotel it's self is slightly dated in some areas but that adds to it's charm. We also used the wellness centre and would definitely recommend it. It's really clean and modern with lots to offer.

But the best part of the experience was the customer service. Every member of the team went out of their way to make us feel welcome and do everything they could to assist us.
