"Staff were great and professional and hard working. The Seduction room was lovely, modern and really clean . Location is very central and we got a lovely view of the lake which we didnt expect."

"Generally very good with nice room, bar area, restaurant and gardens. Staff very helpful particularly Ashley on Reception and Joy in the restaurant. Breakfast first class. Fantastic views of the lake from the hotel. My only concern with dining was the limited vegetarian options for my partner in the restaurant. The other disappointment was being charged £15 per day for parking when at the time of booking the parking was supposed to be included. As I had booked through Hotels. com I was informed nothing could be done and I had to pay the cost. It was an unfortunate end to a wonderful stay."
