"The rooms were clean and there was a nice breakfast set-up. However, the first night the temperature was in the 30's/low 40's outside and the heat didn't work. Initially the desk person tried to convince us that 1) we hadn't turned the unit on, then 2) we hadn't let it run long enough for it to heat up. "There were a lot of negative reviews about this motel online but we found it to be very clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly. The check in process was a little slow but not horrible. It appears that there have been some updates to the room, bathrooms and common areas of the motel. Our room was much cheaper than other motels in the Williamsburg. Overall this motel is a bargain!"
