Your cozy getaway awaits in Wichita Falls at this marvelous farmhouse. With 1 queen bed, 1 twin bed, and 1 toddler bed, this charming retreat is perfect for small groups or families. Enjoy the convenience of WiFi, heating/AC, and an EV charger during your stay. A pool is available during the summer months! This is a great place to call home base while you're away or needing a stop on your trip. We hope you enjoy your stay!

The guest house has its own private backyard and an XL doggy door for your furry friends. We also have two horse stalls and trailer parking available if you need to bring your horses (with a clear vet check and coggins). Please be sure to read the property rules for instructions if you plan to bring your horses.

Please gather any used dishware & utensils in or near the sink or dishwasher. Please collect any of our towels or linens in the hamper. Bedsheets, pillowcases, and blankets can stay on the beds.
Remember to check the kitchen, bathroom, and closet for your personal items and take them with you. Please leave both the front and back doors unlocked and both AC units on.
If you have any pets, please clean up their messes. Please clean up dog poop in the yard. If you brought horses, muck out their stall with the gorilla cart, replace the shavings (new bags in the barn)
