Deserves 0 stars. Booked through Expedia and paid beforehand. At check-in, we made it clear we booked through Expedia and showed him our reservation. A man asked for my ID and a card. I handed him my credit card because I assumed it was for a deposit, as typically most hotels require a credit card for a deposit, which will eventually be refunded in the full amount. The hotel stay was okay. Roaches; the bed was uncomfortable, but we didn’t complain. At check-in, he charged my credit card for $52.37, and it had still not been refunded for a week, so I called and explained the situation, looking for answers. He claimed they didn’t charge deposits and they wouldn’t charge extra like that. I offered to send proof, and that didn’t matter to him. Did not offer to make the situation right and refund us our money. He was very unprofessional. I would stay away.

The bathtub was cracked and broken.The water was going into the bedroom underneath the sink.. I thought me and my husband was gonna fall through the floor. And in the morning, the breakfast was over by nine o'clock.And we did not get out of bed until nine o'clock. It was new year's eve when we checked in. Should have at least stayed open till 10. She was packing it up when I was there. And would not let me get a Waffle or cereal..

The room smelled so disgustingly bad when I walked in that I had to go to the store and buy air fresheners to make the room smell better. The bathroom bathtub was filthy nasty disgusting. Looks like it had never been cleaned. I literally wore shoes to shower. Very questionable characters wondering around the property. Staff lady who checked me in was nice.

So bad

When I arrived at the hotel, check-in was terrible. The lady at the desk then went to the room to rest. It was the worst nightmare I've ever seen. The bed was stained with stains and the mattress had animals in it. The floor was dirty. The air conditioning didn't work. When I noticed all of this, I went to the desk and asked if she could give me a credit for another Dayinn hotel and the lady said she couldn't, meaning I lost all that money and had to book another hotel. Honestly, I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. I don't even know how it's listed on the Hotel app because it has no ranking. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE.
