"There was no body wash on the shower, and after talking to the front desk, they gave me 2 small tubes of body wash. They helped me with a smaller pillow, and also the toilet seat was lose and they fixed once we left to tour Boston."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was friendly and welcoming, and there was always someone at the door ready to greet us and help whenever needed. We stayed for a week and really appreciated that our room was cleaned every day. It seems like many hotels no longer provide daily housekeeping unless you specifically request it, so this was a really nice touch. The room was very comfortable, and we felt right at home throughout our stay. The location was fantastic. The subway station was right on the corner, which made it incredibly convenient to get everywhere we wanted to go. Fenway Park was only a 20-minute walk away, and we loved exploring Newbury Street, with all of its great shopping and restaurants. We would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for its comfort, friendly staff, and excellent location. We would happily stay here again!"

"When we arrived at 2:30 a.m. after a 15 hour drive, I was momentarily concerned because the desk receptionist informed me that she was completing a system audit and that we would have to wait 30 minutes to be check in. Fortunately, she was able to get us checked in within minutes. The remainder of our stay was exceptionally smooth and comfortable. The location was fantastic, and we walked to different sightseeing areas a few days in a row. Our room was comfortable and clean, and the amenities made our stay really perfect."
