"the place was pretty run down"

"The property was in a very run down and unsafe area. I was not comfortable once I actually drove to the property and ended up making other arrangements. The VRBO post did not accurately show the area and the level of comfort or safety one should expect. And when we made the decision it was not safe to stay there, the host was completely unwilling to work with me to recover any of our spend. I am encouraging you think very hard about this property. There was no way to know what you were getting till you arrive, and we didn’t even go in the house as the area was not conducive to family stays, in my opinion. Houses boarded up next store and homes with overgrown yards and broken down boats on the street. Extremely disappointed with the property and the way it was handled ."

"Room was clean and it was very close to Universal Studios. There is a free shuttle to Universal. I was told there was an airport shuttle by a staff member and then told there isn't one. The breakfast is absolutely terrible. They need better hot and cold items. There is an IHOP right next door. Parking seems plentiful although I wasn't driving."

"The staff was great. They did daily cleaning checks. Breakfast was good and nice not to worry about."
