"The AC was very loud. We had to run it all time due to very hot temperatures. Also, other guests were loud late nights. I think management should let all guests know of keeping noise level down after 10:00pm."

"I was hesitant to stay here because of the bad reviews, i never leave reviews for anywhere but i wanted to assure you that this place is great to stay if you’re looking for a cheaper place to stay near Universal, you’ll need to take ubers because they only have one shuttle in the morning to Universal, one in the evening. We had a rental so it worked out for us. This place was pretty great to say the only thing negative i have to say was the smell of the rooms was definitely a musty/muggy smell. The breakfast was pretty good, not too many options as far as proteins go but you’ll leave full. A great place to stay for something easy, not anything upbeat like a Universal hotel, but it’s cozy. The customer service was great and friendly ! Checking in and out was smooth - I’d definitely consider staying here again."

"Great stay overall! The room was clean and comfortable beds, having a microwave and mini fridge made it really convenient. Breakfast was amazing. eggs, sausage patties, toast, bagels, plus a make-your-own waffle and pancake station. They also had coffee, juice, milk, cereal… a good variety and everything was fresh. Would definitely stay again!"

"Such a perfect way of doing a hotel! Having a lock to our room and the ability to come and go whenever we please while still having privacy AND common areas to hang out in was perfect for us!"
