"Rooms were clean but staff slow to respond to housekeeping requests. Only 2 elevators were operational which created long wait times. The coffee area staff were adding on more tip percent to our bill than advertised and eating behind the counter. Front desk staff friendly but lots of socializing amongst themselves. The lobby lounge area was very dirty most days."
