"No vent fan in restrooms "

"Excellent service at this hotel and the location could not be beat. The only complaint would be that there was an intermittent clunk sound that may have been the HVAC - we never found out- that could actually wake us up at night. Regardless, we enjoyed our stay here and would recommend this hotel. "

"Club Quarters Grand Central exceeded our expectations. The room was bigger than expected with a nice size bathroom. Very clean. It was about a 5 min walk from Grand Central Terminal and about 15 min to Times Square. The staff were fantastic and we really enjoyed the terrace on the 27th floor. On the same floor was complimentary coffee/tea with a terrific seating area to relax. Would return in a heartbeat. "

"The staff was amazing and treated my family with such care. They even sent a special treat up to the room for my daughter’s 8th birthday (we did not ask for anything. They just saw at check in that it was her birthday and did it on their own. They even gave her a hand written card). Beautiful view, spacious room, top notch amenities. "
