"What was unique about this hotel was the total disregard the Owners have for its upkeep, staff, amenities and shabby condition it is and has been for years. They should be ashamed that they own it. Two staff members told me that “they were embarrassed to work there.” Everything from the rooms being dirty, bathrooms disgusting, no hot water, breakfast food was totally inedible, the pool was locked up, the staff would yell across the lobby to each other and were dressed like homeless people. ...

"Arrived for check in at 3:30pm but the room finally got ready at 6pm. Paid for parking upon booking but they will only validate for 1 day… the remaining days of your stay will be charged parking. Helpful staff and clean environment."

"Breakfast will cost you 20.00. Good fruit choices with pancakes, bacon and scrambled eggs. The employees work very hard at this hotel and tipped the maid well. There are no close restaurants so you will have to Uber or call in for delivery. Watch the soap dish in the shower. I hit my head on it while washing an article of clothing. It’s too low. Bathtub is slippery when you soap up so be advised."

"Great location in relation to JFK. Don't get room 305. You hear highway noise all night. When requesting a room there you should ask for a room on the opposite side of the highway. It is a great hotel at a great price, clean, good amenities, good bar, nice crowd. Again, with the caveat I mentioned above the only reason you would have a highway side room is If you find truck and car noises soothing, then it is the room for you. I found it very deceptive not to tell customers in advance. I'm sure...
