"Hotel and staff were great. Dan , Mario and the other 2 staff at the front desk were exceptional and went above and beyond. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was the new person, I believe Anthonina was her name, she was the staff at the breakfast, leaving many items empty, even the milk was empty, she satys inside, rarely comes out and I witnessed her beyond rude to a client when he knocked on the the door to ask her to attend to the empty items.
