Location of property is very convenient to nearby attractions and beaches! We stayed for 3 days and was comfortable. Hotel could use some updates both interior and exterior! Staff were nice and friendly.

We loved having the balcony to enjoy at night before bed and in the morning with our caffeine! My only complaint is that I wish there had been a coffeemaker in the room but it really wasn’t a huge deal that there wasn’t.

Disappointing - should not be called a “resort”

The room was clean and the lobby seemed ok. But the hotel needs repair. There were many guests sitting in chairs in the parking lot and the lot was dirty. I wouldn’t stay here again. I was very surprised by the positive reviews. My friend wouldn’t stay here.

The hotel rooms was outdated, drawer handles were broken on bureau, shower leaked down the wall instead of coming out the spout, bathroom sink faucet was corroded. Room was not very clean and had an odd smell. Other hotel guests were very noisy.

Room was outdated but very clean, so that's all we really cared about. Very accessible to everything and an excellent restaurant right next door. The only issues were the people staying there. They were loud and obnoxious, no consideration for other guests. They took over the pool area and at night were stomping with loud music. Pool area was clean but pool water was a little dirty. I would stay there again because of the cleanliness of the rooms and the location. Also my friend had his own room and he's in a wheelchair. They had wheelchair accessible rooms (and the bathroom) which was perfect...front desk people were very pleasant.

Nice staff, but could use some work

Let me start by saying the staff is wonderful and I really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. That said, the place is desperately in need of a deep clean starting with the hall carpets. Our room was ok (we had to switch at check in due to the condition of the first room we were given - again, staff was amazingly nice) but door to room was broken and the beds were not comfortable. This is the second time we have stayed, the first was nicer, but was still just as in need of a clean. Nothing bad that a good carpet shampoo couldn’t fix!!
