"There was an issue with other guests. Up very late at night, talking loudly and making a racket at 1:30 in the morning, called the main office no one answered. We complained to the morning desk manager. That night once again the same guests were out in the parking lot which faced all the rooms and once again they were making noise, we decided to call the police so we could sleep. The next morning when we checked out we complained again, and was told the guests had been spoken to. Not happy 2...
